What Keywawa stores
Keywawa stores the account, workspace, keyword, site-building, marketing, lead, campaign, approval, and audit records needed to run the product. Connected Google data is read-only and stored as local metric snapshots for the workspace that selected the property.
What Keywawa does not do automatically
Keywawa does not automatically publish websites, send emails, post to social channels, submit directories, launch ads, change DNS, or write to external accounts from public intake pages.
Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, analytics, email providers, and read-only Google connections may process data when they are configured by the workspace owner. Provider credentials are used only for the configured workspace flow.
Data review
Workspace owners should review generated drafts, imported metrics, and manual execution records before using them for decisions. Missing or stale data should be treated as incomplete.
